Your Mobile Ticket
- Receive your mobile train tickets directly to your smartphone in barcode form.
- Access and scan your mobile train tickets offline, without an internet connection.
- Download a PDF version of your ticket from the "My tickets" tab if necessary.
- Easily exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function available in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).
